You can do this easily in-app!
If you're already subscribed to our Standard or Plus plans:
Tap the Profile icon on the top right-hand corner of your Portfolio tab
Select “Manage your plan”
Tap “Change your billing cycle”
Please note that if you upgrade from monthly to annual billing, the change will be effective immediately. Any remaining time on your existing monthly subscription will be refunded back to you as a credit against the new plan.
If you're on our Basic plan and you're looking to upgrade:
Tap the Profile icon on the top right-hand corner of your Portfolio tab
Select ‘Upgrade to the Freetrade Standard/Plus plan’
Choose the annual subscription option
After entering your card details and payment being taken, you’ll be upgraded and will have instant access to all of the selected plan features!
