What happens when I upgrade from the Standard plan to the Plus plan?

If you’ve subscribed to annual billing, you can easily upgrade in-app by following these steps:

  • Tap the Profile icon on the top right-hand corner of your Portfolio tab

  • Select “Manage your plan”

  • Tap “Change your billing cycle”

The change will then be effective immediately. Any remaining time on your existing annual subscription will be refunded back to you as a credit against the new plan.

If you’re subscribed to monthly billing and have already paid your Standard plan subscription fee for the current month, your first Plus plan subscription fee will be prorated based on your existing rolling billing date.

All future payments will then be charged at the £11.99/month subscription fee.

Note: If you have any outstanding Standard plan subscription fees, they will also be collected with your first Plus plan payment.
