If your existing plan is annual and you decide to leave Freetrade part way through the year, then you will need to contact us at [email protected] or via in-app chat.
To access support tap on the π€ Profile icon in-app via your βPortfolioβ screen, and tap βContact usβ.
The subscription fee for any unused portion of the existing billing cycle will be credited to you, minus any annual discount you have benefitted from and an administration fee of Β£5.
Any remaining amount of credit will be repaid to your payment card.
