What happens to my ISA if I cancel my Plus plan subscription?

The Stocks and Shares ISA is available on our Standard plan.

If your existing plan is monthly:

You can downgrade to our Standard plan at any time by heading to:

“Portfolio” > 👤 Profile icon > ‘Manage your plan’ > “Change your plan”. > Scroll across to the Standard plan and tap ‘Confirm’.

Once you have downgraded in the app, your account will be automatically downgraded to your chosen plan when your current billing cycle ends.

If your existing plan is annual:

You can downgrade to our Standard plan at any time by heading to:

“Portfolio” > 👤 Profile icon > ‘Manage your plan’ > “Change your plan”. > Scroll across to the Standard plan and tap ‘Confirm’.

The subscription fee for any unused portion of the existing billing cycle will be credited to you, minus any annual discount you have benefitted from and an administration fee of £5.

We may use this credit to reduce any new subscription fee in respect of your new plan type. Any remaining amount of credit will be repaid to your payment card.

If you’re looking to close your ISA:

If you do wish to close your ISA, you’ll need to empty it or transfer it. Once done, you can close it in the app: “Portfolio” > 👤 Profile icon > “Manage my ISA

Please note that closing your ISA will not automatically downgrade you from the Standard or Plus plans, this will also need to be done in-app.
