How do I downgrade or cancel my Plus plan subscription?
Updated over a year ago

Important! If your existing Plus plan is annual and you decide to downgrade to our annual Standard plan, the subscription fee for any unused portion of the existing billing cycle will be credited to you, minus any annual discount you have benefitted from and an administration fee of £5.

We may use this credit to reduce any new subscription fee in respect of your new plan type. Any remaining amount of credit will be repaid to your payment card.

How to downgrade:

If you do not have an ISA or a SIPP, you can downgrade to either:

  • Basic: £0.00/mo

  • Standard: £5.99/mo (paid monthly), or £4.99/mo (billed annually)

You can do this at any time by heading to:

“Portfolio” > 👤 Profile icon > ‘Manage your plan’ > “Change your plan”. > Scroll across to your selected plan and tap ‘Confirm’.

Once you have downgraded in the app, your account will be automatically downgraded to your chosen plan when your current billing cycle ends.

If you just have a SIPP:

  • You’ll need to close or transfer this out before you can downgrade.

If you just have an ISA, you can either:

  • Keep your ISA open and downgrade to the Standard plan which costs £5.99/mo (paid monthly), or £4.99/mo (billed annually), or;

  • Close your ISA, or transfer out to another provider, and downgrade to the free Basic plan.

Once you have downgraded in the app, your account will be automatically downgraded to your chosen plan when your current billing cycle ends.

If your existing plan is annual and you want to make a downgrade before the end of the current billing cycle:

You will need to request this by contacting us at [email protected] or via in-app chat.

To access support tap on the 👤 Profile icon in-app via your “Portfolio” screen, and tap “Contact us”.
