I’m a Standard customer. If I decide to downgrade to Basic as a result of the 22 January subscription plan changes, will I get a refund on my subscription fee?

If you’re on monthly billing, you will still have access to your existing plan until the end of your current billing period. Your new plan will be effective from the start of your next billing period.

If you’re on annual billing, you’ll receive a refund for any unused portion of your existing billing cycle. Refunds will be paid back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
