I’m not receiving the magic link

If you don’t receive the magic link right away, please check your junk/spam email folder. If it isn’t there, you may need to request the link again.

We've also seen some intermittent issues with Hotmail/Outlook email addresses in the past. There are 3 steps you can take to find the email:

  • Update your Outlook app.

  • Enter your email account settings and update these so that all emails from '' are on your approved senders list.

  • Log into Hotmail on a desktop - this sometimes pushes the email to appear in the app also.

  • Be sure to check both your junk and spam folders.
