If you’re looking to change your linked bank account, and you have previously added cash to your Freetrade account, the quickest way is to log into our new web platform and update it yourself there:
Login to our website here. If you haven't previously logged in, you will need to set up 2 factor authentication.
Click on your initials in the top right of the screen and select "Manage profile".
Click "Bank account".
Click on "Edit" on the right side (you may have to scroll right if doing this on a mobile device).
If you've never added cash to your Freetrade account, you can change your linked bank account in-app by heading to the Account tab and entering your bank details.
Please bear in mind that your new linked bank will need to meet these requirements.
