If you use the Current Account Switch Service (CASS), your Direct Debit details should transfer automatically! You’ll need to update your linked bank account by contacting us in-app! Just head to the Portfolio tab > Profile icon > Contact us > Send a message > My details > Bank account.
Please bear in mind that your new linked bank will need to meet these requirements.
After you’ve updated your linked bank account in-app, you do not need to do anything. The CASS process automatically switches your Direct Debite details across to your new linked bank account!
If your bank does not use CASS, you’ll need to cancel your Direct Debit via your bank and create a new one once you’ve added your new linked bank account.
