Your cash will be visible in your account 1 working day after your Direct Debit is debited from your linked bank account. You’ll then just have to wait for the cash to clear, and it will be available for you to invest 2 working days after it becomes visible in your account.

You’ll receive a push notification when your Direct Debit is available to invest!

If your Direct Debit date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, it will be debited from your bank account on the next available working day.

If your Direct Debit has left your linked bank account and the cash has not appeared in your Freetrade account within 3 working days, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected].
