If you are a Plus plan member, you’ll have access to priority customer service - this includes faster response times from our dedicated Plus Support Team, and longer support hours from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

This includes longer support hours, faster response times and a dedicated team.

You will also be able to contact us via in-app chat

To access support tap on the 👤 Profile icon in-app via your “Portfolio” screen, and tap “Contact us”.

“Send us a message” to come straight through to your dedicated Plus support team!
