The quickest and easiest way to change your address is to log into our new web platform and update it yourself there. To do this:
Login to our website here. If you haven't previously logged in, you will need to set up 2 factor authentication.
Click on your initials in the top right of the screen and select "Manage profile".
Click "Edit" next to your old address and enter your new address and click "Confirm change".
If you cannot find your new address or are unable to update it for any reason, please email our Customer Service team at [email protected] and let us know what the issue is, providing your full address and date of birth for security.
