1. Go to the Portfolio tab

  2. Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner

  3. Tap ‘Manage your ISA’

  4. Tap ‘Update your Payment Method’

  5. Enter the details of a valid debit or credit card

If you have any outstanding payments which have resulted in your ISA being frozen, following the steps above will collect any unpaid invoices and unfreeze your ISA.
