I have investments not listed in the Freetrade app, how can I transfer my pension?

You aren’t able to transfer any shares not listed in the Freetrade app, however it is possible to make a cash transfer and/or transfer over any shares that are supported.

If you make a full cash transfer, your provider will sell down any investments on your behalf and transfer the proceeds as cash.

If you make a partial cash transfer, you can transfer an exact cash amount. If you hold investments and need to specify which you’d like to be sold, you may inform your current provider which investments you wish to sell. (leave any non-eligible investments with your current provider.)

If you make a full in-specie transfer, your provider will transfer over any eligible shares. If you request this type of transfer and some investments can’t be transferred, we will ask you how you wish to proceed, with the option to sell down the ineligible shares and transfer as cash, or to go ahead with a partial transfer.

If you make a partial in-specie transfer, you can transfer any specific chosen investments and/or cash and leave any non-eligible investments with your current provider.
