I’ve sent a deposit and the Freetrade app didn’t reopen?

If the Freetrade app didn’t reopen, this could be because of several reasons highlighted below. Either way, please head to your online banking to first check if the deposit has been sent before trying again to avoid duplication.

  1. Are you using a Samsung browser?

If you use a Samsung browser, head to your browser settings and switch on ‘Open links in other apps’ to fix this.

  1. Are you using Firefox?

When using Firefox the Freetrade app will not automatically reopen your browser.

Please use the Android icon in the header of your browser to be redirected to the app!
