How do I find this?
Mobile app
Once logged in:
Go to profile
Select ‘Transfers’
Under ‘Active transfers’, select a specific transfer to track its progress
Web
Once logged in:
At the top of the home screen, select ‘Transfers’
In the active transfers section, select a specific transfer to track its progress.
You'll also be able to see the last known status of any in-progress transfers on your portfolio screen, in your app or on the web platform. Selecting this banner will take you directly to that transfer for more information.
