You can find your unique references for the Freetrade accounts you hold in app! 🚀
Each individual account has a unique reference number - if you hold a GIA and an ISA, for example, you'll have a separate unique reference for each account. 💪
To locate the unique reference in-app:
Head to the Account tab
Tap 'Top up'
Then tap 'Standing order' - don't worry, you won't have to place a standing order
Tap through the next screens until you locate the screen 'Standing order details'
Here you'll see your unique reference 🎉
Just tap 'Close' at the top left to navigate back to your Account tab
If your bank account is with Lloyds Bank, Halifax or Bank of Scotland, you won't be able to see the unique reference in the app - please just reach out to us in-app by heading to the Portfolio tab > Profile icon > Contact us, and the Customer Service team will help you out with this! 😃
