If you do not include your unique reference number when setting up your recurring standing order your order would not be placed and the cash would go into your Freetrade account. We would need to manually apply the cash to your Freetrade account which typically takes 3-5 working days.
You would need to either edit the existing standing order to include your unique reference moving forwards or create a new standing order.
It’s important to apply your unique reference to ensure the money arrives with Freetrade and is allocated to your account. This will ensure that your recurring order is placed.
Currently, recurring orders are only available on iOS although we are looking to expand this in the future to include our Android customers, too.
