You may update your beneficial ownership status in the Freetrade app by opening an in-app chat: Portfolio tab > Profile icon > Contact us > Send us a message > My investments > Dividends and corporate actions > Proxy voting > select either “yes” or “no” to whether or not you would like your details passed onto issuing companies of your US holdings.
