What happens if the stock is suspended or becomes unavailable to trade?
Updated over a year ago

If for any reason your chosen instrument was suspended and not available to trade, the order will fail (we’ll send you a notification about this) and we won’t be able to place the order again. You will need to remove the suspended instrument from your recurring order to prevent any future orders from attempting to execute, and failing.

You can easily view your recurring orders in-app:

  • Navigate to your Portfolio

  • Tap ‘Recurring order’

  • Here you’ll see any recurring orders you currently have set up!

  • Tap ‘Order options’

  • Tap ‘Edit investment allocation’

  • Locate the suspended instrument, and tap ‘Remove’

  • You’ll then need to update and confirm the allocation of cash you’d like to invest in each instrument

  • Tap ‘Confirm order’

You’ll then receive confirmation that your recurring order has been updated!
